From Dirt Roads to Complete Streets

First Annual Rowen Tailgate Gathered on Rowen’s First Road

Nov 2023 – Nearly one year ago, we gathered on a cold, rainy December day to celebrate the start of something new at Rowen’s Groundbreaking Ceremony. Despite the blustery weather, we stood under overcast skies with Governor Kemp and many others to cast a vision for the future. We painted pictures of a place that embraced nature, drove equitable economic development, and cultivated community.

A Year of Transformation

Fast forward to last Friday, and the transformation is nothing short of astonishing. The autumn sun graced us with its presence, casting a warm glow on the freshly placed roads and trails of Rowen, marking a year’s worth of progress. We came together with economic development leaders, shared stories of football, and, most importantly, kindled inspiration for what lies ahead at Rowen in the coming months and years.
